The big names
- Jupiter: Jupiter Lend held $2.41B in total deposits on Sep 22, 2026. Universal Deposit takes tokens from Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum and Sui and delivers SOL or USDC on Solana (Solana Foundation, September 2026 roundup (published Oct 6, 2026)).
- Meteora: lets token launches use more than 100 xStocks as quote assets (Sep 2026, Solana Foundation, September 2026 roundup (published Oct 6, 2026)).
- Phantom: “over 1.2 million active users” in Nov 2021 (Solana Foundation), and over 17M monthly active users “at one stage” in 2025 (Binance Research, Full-Year 2025 report).
- pump.fun: Decrypt's 2024 Project of the Year: 4.7M+ tokens, $317M+ revenue, and more than 60% of Solana DEX transactions over a three-month stretch. Decrypt also notes it “arguably led to more crypto scams” and a May 2024 insider exploit of about $2M (Decrypt). pump.fun: 18+ only, not available in the UK.
- Seeker phone: shipped Aug 4, 2025, with 150,000+ units sold (Solana Mobile).
Developers
In Electric Capital's 2024 report (its last annual edition), Solana was the #1 ecosystem for new developers: 7,625 new devs, up 83% (Solana on X, Dec 12, 2024; developerreport.com). For 2025, Open Dev Data figures shared by the Ethereum Foundation put Solana #2 for new developers behind Ethereum. The Solana Foundation says that count misses Solana developers (Yahoo Finance).
Renaissance, Radar, Breakout, Cypherpunk, Frontier. Frontier drew 10,000+ builders from 150 countries.
